This summer it will be three years that I’ve been a Fountain Street Gallery member. And while I’m probably the farthest away geographically, I feel grounded and nourished by Fountain Street and the artists that make up its core in ways that are hard to quantify. Is it the warmth of the group that makes it feel like such a special and welcoming place, or is it the professionalism that challenges one and all to rise up, push the work a little more, a little harder? Or is it the cumulative talent and aesthetic sensibility that makes me feel so proud to be a part?

It’s really an honor to be a Fountain Streeter.
